As part of our MedicalMotion online course Healthy Exercise in Everyday Life , you will learn the consequences of lack of exercise for the body and how to counteract it.

We also deal with various topics related to prevention, exercise and training. You will learn why prevention is important, how you can prevent in everyday life and what types of training exist.

In order to prevent physical activity and to integrate movement into your everyday life, you receive exercises every day in the form of videos (approx. 7 - 10 min.) and weekly numerous knowledge content in the form of podcasts. You have the opportunity to contact us via an integrated chat and ask questions.

Our course duration is 72 days. During these 72 days you will be trained to become a movement professional who has integrated movement into his daily routine as a preventive routine and has extensive basic knowledge.
